Why a Vacation Won’t Fix Your Stress (By Itself)

I just got back from Florida. Beautiful weather. Slower mornings. Sunshine. Peace and quiet. For a few days, I felt calmer. Lighter. More like myself again. And then… Two days after getting home, I was ready to throw my laptop out a window because I had spent HOURS trying to work on my website and kept getting nowhere. 😅 One button wouldn’t cooperate.
